Erema filter built for high throughputs

The Laserfilter LF 812 is double the size of its predecessor and comes in single or twin configurations.

Laserfilter LF 812 Erema’s newest filter can be implemented in a single- or twin-version configuration to efficiently process the high throughputs of the company’s Intarema 2021 TVEplus, released at the K show. Previously, three or four smaller filter units would have been required for such a task, necessitating a cascade construction.

What’s new? The LF 812, which has a laser filter screen area that’s double the size of the next-biggest model, the LF 406. It features Erema’s Lock & Change system for changing screens during operation in the Endurance filter, which handles the pre-filtration of heavily contaminated input streams such as unwashed materials.

Benefits High throughputs, with minimal space requirements. With the LF 812, users can perform applications that might have previously required multiple, smaller units. Also, the LF 812 laser filter not only has a bigger screen, but the screen has finer filters. It can operate at lower pressure and with less thermal load.
