NQ Series Thermal Care's packaged chillers are available with cooling capacities of 4 to 40 tons, in water-cooled, air-cooled or remote-cooled versions. They can be installed indoors, outdoors or in a split configuration, and a variable-speed compressor is available as an option.
What’s new? Several major upgrades. A new intelligent control system continuously monitors ambient temperature, process requirements and system load, and automatically adjusts operating parameters such as fan speed, valve positions and refrigerant pressure, maintaining performance and saving energy during process fluctuations. EC (electronically commutated) fans in outdoor units deliver variable-speed operation for reduced energy consumption and noise, while EEVs (electronic expansion valves) in all units can adjust in small increments for fine-tuned refrigerant control throughout the cooling circuit, enhancing both efficiency and reliability. Dynamic Lift Technology adjusts the pressure differential across the compressor based on real-time process demands and ambient conditions, which minimizes unnecessary compressor work and thermal cycling.
Benefits Intuitive responses to changing weather, shifts in process load and operational disturbances to reduce energy use, ensure more consistent product quality and process stability, and increase reliability and component life.
