Pneumati-Con Flexicon’s new dilute-phase vacuum conveying system is designed for manual dumping and conveying of materials from small bags or sacks. It includes the capability to unload materials from containers using a handheld pick-up wand. The bag-dumping station includes a stainless steel hopper with a dust hood that features a glove box, in which an operator can insert his or her hands to pull bags of material from an adjacent table.

What’s new? Flexicon’s TFC-24-model Pneumati-Con.

Benefits Dust-free unloading of containers or bags. The system's two cartridge filters draw away dust from the operator during the course of bag dumping, disposal and compaction. Timed blasts of compressed air disrupt dust buildup. The glove box ensures that users can empty bags without physically contacting any material. The compactor’s cylinder can compress up to 80 bags into a removable bin.
