Sacmi vision systems add AI classification of defects

The Classy AI module is now included with the CVS Software Suite.

Classy AI is now included in the software for Sacmi's vision system.

Vision systems Sacmi produces vision systems that can be used by manufacturers in the beverage, plastic capsule, closure, container and PET preform sectors, among others. It also provides technologies to inspect labels.

What’s new? Classy AI, a module included with CVS Software Suite (CVSs). Based on deep learning techniques, Classy AI recognizes and classifies production defects. The CVSs platform includes CVS22 and the CVSWeb. CVS22 is a reliable, secure Sacmi-developed software application that allows real-time image processing to ensure high-speed quality control. CVSWeb is the CVS22 web application, providing users access to data from any device.
