System Cooling Connect enables data-driven process control
System Cooling Progressive Components’ suite of products first launched in 2014, allows molders and mold makers to collect, monitor and analyze data from cooling lines within molds and during production. The system captures parameters such as coolant flow, temperature and pressure, and records time-stamped data for historical tracking and process optimization.
What’s new? System Cooling Connect, which links cloud-enabled System Cooling Manifolds supporting 2 to 12 zones directly to injection molding machines, providing secure, real-time data acquisition and improved operational efficiency. Process data includes supply temperature and pressure, return temperature by zone, flow by zone, and return pressure. Optional add-ons include VNC visualization capabilities, centralized monitoring, analysis and long-term storage of data, and a Local function for sites with restricted IT, cloud or security policies.
Benefits Seamless integration with injection molding machines for enhanced data-driven process control. It also has a built-in support function for remote assistance, software updates and troubleshooting.
