Hasco adds cables, adapters for tool tester

The new solutions ensure compatibility with a wide variety of connector systems.

Tool tester Hasco is expanding its portfolio of cable and adapter solutions for its H1210 tool testing device to cover an increasing variety of tool connections. The tool finds problems with heating elements, temperature sensors, earth faults and wiring errors in seconds, before the mold goes into production.

What’s new? Product groups H1211, H12110 and H1213. The H1211 has added 6- and 10-pin versions to cover a wider range of connectors in classic mixed wiring in hot runner technology. The H12110 solution is for narrow connectors, designed for 10- and 16-pin versions. The H1213 has been developed for tools in which thermal sensors and power cables are wired separately. It acts as an adapter between different connection concepts and enables the secure connection to the H1210. The cable is designed so that both pin and socket inserts can be connected flexibly. It is available in two variants, for Euromap 14 and for tools with continuous, wide industrial connectors.

Benefits Maximum compatibility with a wide variety of connector systems, and the ability to clearly assign the appropriate cables for standard and special applications.
