MV 600H Methods Machine’s MV 600H three-axis vertical machining center has a compact design, yet provides more high-end features than other machine tools in its class, the company says. It has 19 hand-scraped surfaces to provide long-term precision and fluid movements, a 24-capacity tool changer and a thermal compensation system that includes a spindle oil chiller.

What’s new? The MV 600H.

Benefits Versatility in a compact package. Despite its small footprint, the MV 600H has a solid box-type guideway on the Z-axis that improves vibration dampening and heavy-duty cutting, and its X- and Y-axes have cylindrical roller guideways for faster table speeds and improved accuracy. Its thermal-compensation system provides consistent, precise cuts. This combination of attributes provides high-speed machining capabilities and superior rigidity, and lets it tackle a wide range of jobs.
