Conveying Components Group acquires Pebco
Conveying Components Group (CCG), a provider of material handling and conveying components, has acquired the operating assets of Pebco, Inc., a manufacturer of dry bulk material handling equipment and technologies based in Paducah, Ky.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Pebco brings nearly 50 years of experience in dry bulk material handling, with a portfolio that includes slide gates, rolling blade gates, valves, diverters, mass flow feeders, fluidized conveyors, dustless loading spouts, telescopic chutes and other specialized technologies.
Conveying Components Group, based in Overland Park, Kansas, also includes Lorenz Conveying Products, JL Components and Sasquatch Mills. The group provides equipment for pneumatic conveying, dry bulk material handling and milling, along with blower packages and related equipment.
