Citex Holding GmbH has acquired Pixargus GmbH, based in Würselen, Germany. Pixargus offers inline quality control, automated surface inspection and geometry measurement of extrusion products such as profiles, hoses, pipes and cables made of plastic and other materials.
The acquisition is part of Citex’s commitment to consolidating its position as a leading provider of sensor and measurement technology globally through its subsidiary Inoex GmbH, and to distinguishing itself as a leading provider in the global plastics extrusion market.
