Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider Syspro announced its partnership with AI-driven customer relationship management (CRM) platform provider SugarCRM to offer mid-market manufacturers and distributors their platforms in an integrated solution.
The joint offering will give sales and customer service teams two-way sharing of information from both platforms, allowing for real-time access to product availability so orders can be processed more efficiently, as well as to accurately provide delivery timeframes to customers.
