Toyota Material Handling promotes Jimenez to VP

Toyota Material Handling (TMH) announced the promotion of Cesar Jimenez to VP of regulatory affairs, product planning and product assurance.  

Jimenez’s first experience at Toyota was as a college intern in the summer of 1996. Over the last 27 years, he has held positions including product planning engineer and product marketing manager, joining the Toyota executive team in 2015. Jimenez has played an instrumental role in the successful launch of over 50 materials-handling products.  

In his new role, he is responsible for Toyota’s products throughout their lifecycle, including pre-development, launch, warranty oversight and ongoing resolution of technical problems. 

“Cesar’s knowledge of our products, commitment to our customers and dedication to quality make him the ideal person for this position,” said Tony Miller, Toyota Material Handling’s senior VP of operations, engineering and strategic planning.  

Based in Columbus, Ind., TMH’s offerings include forklifts, automated guided vehicles, pallet jacks and tow tractors.
