LVC Series adds new size, models with upgraded camera sensor.

LVC Series Vision Engineering launched its LVC400 three-axis CNC video measurement system in 2019. It is made to measure parts as large as 16 inches by 12 inches by 8 inches. All models in the LVC Series come with intuitive, user-friendly M-Series software, with features such as advanced edge detection and direct data transfer to Excel.

What’s new? Three models: The LVC200 is a scaled-down version of its predecessor, the LVC400, and shares many components while being sized to measure objects as large as 8 inches by 6 inches by 8 inches. Meanwhile, the LVC200+ and the LVC400+ are upgraded versions of their related models and incorporate a 12x Navitar motorized lens with a faster frame rate camera sensor and a field of view that is nearly double that of their counterparts.

Benefits Fast, simple measurements. All LVC models are designed to be easy for any operator to use and create non-stop measurement programs. An optional touch probe makes it easier to measure complex features, and can quickly and accurately measure component height.
