Vision Engineering Inc., New Milford, Conn., is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the opening of its U.S. headquarters by donating a portion of the sales of its Mantis stereo microscopes to the charity Feeding America.
“We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our accomplishments than to give back to the community. We chose this charity (Feeding America) because food banks across the United States are experiencing an increased demand for support due to Covid-19. Our goal is to donate enough to provide at least 60,000 meals,” said Bernie Sherwill, GM.
Originally established in the United Kingdom in 1958, Vision Engineering manufactures microscopes, non-contact measuring systems and ergonomic manufacturing and assembly aids.
