Slide Products promotes Aaron Gibson to president
Aaron Gibson is president of Slide Products.
Slide Products has named Aaron Gibson as its new president, replacing Michael Muth, who is now serving as chief strategist and CEO.
Gibson started at Slide in 1993 as a part-time production line worker. He has worked in positions including handling chemical production, operating as a maintenance technician, running the production line and overseeing the quality department. Most recently, he served as general manager.
“I want to follow in the steps of former President Michael Muth and the Harms family, improve anywhere I can, keep Slide Products steadily growing, and continue taking care of the company, our customers and employees,” Gibson said.
Slide Products, based in Wheeling, Ill., manufactures products for the plastics molding industry, including mold releases, mold cleaners, rust preventives, purging compounds, ejector pin grease, ancillary products and accessories.
