June 27, 2024
The take-out robots can be matched to injection molding machines with clamping forces of 30 to 1,500 tons.

YD series These Yushin take-out robots are appropriate for applications involving parts for the consumer, medical, appliance, food and beverage industries. Available sizes can be matched to injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 30 tons to 1,500 tons. As standard, the robots have active vibration damping.

What’s new? The robots, introduced at NPE.

Benefits Higher productivity and less downtime, compared with predecessor robots on which the YD series was based. The robots also leave a lighter environmental footprint, and their controls are easier to use. Compared with earlier models, they exhibit a 46 percent improvement in flexural rigidity and a 13 percent reduction in single-arm vibration amplitude, so there’s less risk of take-out failure or damage to parts.
