Sepro robot control now uses AI

Visual+ offers brand-agnostic integration of robots, IMMs and peripheral equipment in a system that's customizable and intuitive.

Visual For more than a decade, Sepro has partnered with major injection molding machine (IMM) makers to allow its Visual robot control system to integrate with their IMMs. The system makes it easy to program and operate three- and five-axis Cartesian robots, as well as six-axis articulated-arm robots.  

What’s new? Visual+, which was demonstrated for the first time at K 2022. This update to its Visual system will be available in 2023.

Benefits Brand-agnostic integration of robots, IMMs and peripheral equipment. Visual+ has expanded its capabilities to allow it to control and synchronize the complex movements of up to 16 robots, as well as secondary functions like assembly, marking, inspection and packaging. Visual+ uses AI to simplify programming and operation. It can collect data from all connected systems, for use in process optimization, traceability and analysis to provide metrics including overall equipment effectiveness. The system is flexible, customizable and intuitive.
