Onyx Kreon’s Onyx measuring arm is easily integrated with its Skyline range of 3D scanners, as well as contact measuring probes. The Onyx is equally at home in a workshop, measuring lab or even outdoors for quality control and reverse engineering tasks. Its handle is easily removed for measuring in cavities and other less-accessible areas.

What’s new? The Onyx, which is Kreon’s most accurate measuring arm thanks to its extremely high-resolution encoders. Its Quickview screen offers a simple way to monitor the arm’s status, including wifi and Bluetooth activation, battery level and ambient temperature.

Benefits Better ergonomics and increased accuracy and reliability. The use of carbon fiber material in the arm makes the Onyx arm lighter than its predecessors. It provides an eight-hour battery life for probing function and four hours for scanning. The battery can be changed without turning off the arm or interrupting workflow.
