Matsui America's system prevents buildup in cooling water systems

Preclear Matsui America’s Preclear system comprises three filtering zones for removing contaminants from cooling water systems. The first two zones use micro filters; the third zone features a proprietary ionic-exchange resin filter that eliminates sodium, calcium and magnesium, the main minerals leading to water hardness. The system, which does not require electricity, can be easily installed between the injection mold and its chiller.
