Ross Hutchison named president of Universal Engraving

Ross Hutchison has been named president of Universal Engraving Inc., and becomes the third-generation leader of the company founded by his grandfather. His father, Larry, and grandfather, Glenn Hutchison, were the previous presidents of the company.

Ross Hutchison has set a goal of identifying new ways to boost customer uptime, productivity and profitability.

Based in Overland Park, Kan., Universal Engraving is one of the largest engraved die manufacturers in the world and one of four companies that make up the UEI Group.
