The Primezone H1281 controller incorporates a wide range of monitoring functions to protect the controller, the hot-runner system and the mold.

Primezone H1281 Hasco’s newest hot-runner controller incorporates a wide range of monitoring functions to protect the controller, the hot-runner system and the mold. For example, the controller has integrated diagnostics to check the wiring of the hot-runner components before startup to identify potential assembly errors. There are three sizes of desktop models for controlling up to 48 zones, and a mobile floor model for controlling from 64 to 96 zones.

What’s new? The Primezone H1281 and its 10-inch, angled touch-screen interface, which provides an overview of all functions. Hasco designed the multilingual interface to have the same intuitive operation that users are familiar with from their smartphones.

Benefits Simple operation and precise control for stable processes and high-quality injection molded parts. Additionally, the unit has a robust design with externally mounted cooling units for optimal heat dissipation; this improves reliability and extends the life of the electronics. The fuses of the control circuit also are accessible from the outside, so they can be replaced easily without opening the controller housing. This prevents damage to the mold and the need for expensive repairs.
