Covers protect injection mold heating, cooling lines

Hasco’s Z8570 covers prevent damage to hoses while also thermally insulating them to protect workers from burns.

Z8570 Hasco’s Z8570 insulated covers are used to protect the braided metal hoses that serve as cooling and heating lines for injection molds. They are made of braided glass fiber and a silicone foam coating. The braided glass fiber allows the sleeves to be easily pulled over hoses and bridges. Available from stock in red and blue, the covers can handle temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 428 degrees Fahrenheit.
