Arburg has acquired its longtime development partner AMK Arnold Müller GmbH & Co. KG and its Drives & Automation division. Based in Kirchheim unter Teck, Germany, AMK’s portfolio includes centralized and decentralized drive solutions, motors and control systems.
The two companies have worked closely developing electric drive systems. Going forward, the acquired firm will operate as AMKmotion Gmbh + Co. KG.
Based in Lossburg, Germany, Arburg is a leading producer of plastic injection molding machines.
