New TCUs offer performance in a smaller package

Compact Eco Delta T Systems extends its temperature-control unit (TCU) offerings with this series of low-profile units that feature analog pressure gauges and a digital display. They have a three-quarter-horsepower pump that can deliver 25 gallons per minute at a pressure of 25 pounds per square inch. The TCUs can circulate water at temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

What’s new? A two-tank design. This gives the TCU the option of 4.5 kilowatts (kw) or 9 kW of heating and direct injection cooling.

Benefits Performance in a small package. Their size allows Compact Eco TCUs to be tucked under machines or slid into tight spaces, while still offering the reliability and low-maintenance characteristics of Delta T’s larger TCUs. Their stainless-steel piping resists corrosion. They can be stacked up to three units high, and a rebuild kit with panels, feet and casters gives users the option to reconfigure them as needed.
