Motion Industries expands with two acquisitions

Motion Industries Inc. has acquired Canadian firm TRC Hydraulics, which supplies hydraulic products and services, and F&L Industrial Solutions Inc. of Poway, Calif., which distributes T-slotted aluminum extruded products.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to grow our business with a leading company that shares the same core values as we do,” said TRC President and CEO Terry Coyle. Based in Birmingham, Ala., Motion Industries distributes maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts.
