Names to Know: Ametek Surface Vision

Ametek Surface Vision announced it has chosen Volker Koelmel to fill the role of global manager for plastics, nonwovens and paper. Koelmel has had a 27-year career in surface inspection, having worked for Isys Surface Inspection Technology and Cognex before joining Ametek, where he most recently served as global applications engineering manager. His new responsibilities will include strategic management of the sectors he spearheads, as well as solving customer challenges.
