Engel Austria GmbH released a statement saying that, even with strict hygiene efforts, it cannot rule out the risk of COVID-19 infection, and therefore will not participate in Fakuma 2020 this fall. The manufacturer of injection molding machines said it will present the company’s innovations “in other, individual ways” this fall, and looks forward to attending next year’s Fakuma. Fakuma 2020 is scheduled for Oct. 13-17 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
