Nozzle tips boast better geometries

Nozzle tips PCS has launched a new line of hot and cold machine nozzle tips for injection molding. The nozzle tips have orifices with diameters ranging from 0.125mm to 10mm.

What’s new? Internal geometries designed to improve performance. The hot-runner nozzle tips feature a straight-through, tapered design and an internal geometry that PCS claims is new for the industry. The cold-runner tips have a slight taper to the orifice and other features that allow them to be used with most materials and in a wide variety of applications.

Benefits Improved performance. The new internal geometries provide better material flow and eliminate common molding problems such as dead spots, pressure loss, stringing, freeze-off and splay.
