Static eliminator This new compact static-eliminator fan from Keyence can keep contaminants from adhering to molded parts, bottles, film and other plastic products. Measuring about 2.6 inches by 2.3 inches by 1.1 inches, the static eliminator is one-fifth the size of conventional models. The ultra-compact fan generates airflow, so there is no need to supply air from a compressor.
What's new? The device, designated SJ-L005F, and its visual indicators for the absence or presence of static. The device illuminates the targeted area with orange light if static electricity is present and with green light if there is no static. Additionally, it has a display that lights up orange or green, depending on whether static is present.
Benefits The ability to instantly determine whether static has been eliminated from the target object. The static eliminator's airflow can be adjusted easily to accommodate different applications. Also, the device is easy to install and maintain; it signals when cleaning is required.
