AllRollEx 1500 SV (Smart Version) The latest addition to Colinex's line of extruders for stretch film is designed for intelligent operation and cost-effectiveness. Like its sibling, the flagship AllRollEx 1500 HP (High Performance), the SV includes Mastermind, Colinex's artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant, which automates some time-consuming tasks, simplifies operation, reduces set-up and start-up times, ensures production quality, and allows less-experienced operators to easily manage the line. The BigMouth edge-trims reclaim technology for inline recycling is able to refeed a wide range of fluff for thin film production, uses very little energy and guarantees no volume restrictions and a gel-free film. The SV can be upgraded for in-line production of 2-inch and 3-inch coreless reels. (The company recently changed its corporate name from Colines to Colinex.)
