AllRollEx 1500 This 60-inch cast stretch film extrusion line from Colines was first introduced at K 2013 and is targeted at applications such as cling wrap and agricultural film production. It is capable of producing five-, seven- and nano-layer films, as well as specialty films, and has an option for dealing with post-consumer recyclate.
What’s new? Multiple improvements, including the artificial intelligence-powered Mastermind virtual production assistant and the Live Control MES for process optimization. For improved speed and production quality, the AllRollEx 1500 now incorporates pre-stretch and patented coreless production systems from No.El, which Colines Group acquired in 2022. It also offers an enhanced the Big Mouth in-line edge trim recovery system, and the Allspeedy IV winders.
Benefits Ease of use, flexibility and reduction of scrap and costs. Colines also promises quick delivery times.
