KraussMaffei PVC pipe head handles 100 percent recyclate
KM-3L RK 42-HP This new three-layer pipe head from KraussMaffei can process up to 100 percent recycled PVC, even with varying material quality. It is suited for large-scale industrial applications, including the production of PVC sewage pipes. The layer configuration can be adjusted depending on the application.

Benefits The ability to produce 100 percent recycled material without compromising quality, and without the need for chrome plating or double-compression geometry. The pipe head provides reliable processing of up to 100 percent recycled material in all three layers; applicable materials include foamed or compact materials, as well as in-house recycled material and post-consumer waste. The pipe head prevents spiderlines and ensures consistent product quality with optimal material usage. Also, it is designed to facilitate fast and easy cleaning, maintenance and product changes.
