Reifenhäuser.Next assists extruder operators

The modules analyze data, provide AI-powered real-time support and help with employee training.
Feb. 2, 2026

Reifenhäuser.Next This portfolio of artificial intelligence (AI)-assistance packages is designed to help extrusion operators. Though designed for Reifenhäuser machines in particular, the modules — available separately or in combination, depending on users’ needs — can be expanded to equipment from other suppliers. The packages are: Next.Data, which automatically aggregates and analyzes data from the extrusion process; Next.AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot that provides real-time support to machine operators and service teams during operations; and Next.Learning, an individually tailored program that combines on-site training and a digital learning platform.

What’s new? The packages, which Reifenhäuser showed off at K 2025.

Benefits Access to data to inform decisions; guidance that allows even inexperienced employees to achieve optimal results; reduced downtime, waste and service costs; and more-efficient production processes.
