iXray Designed to measure tube dimensions from 1mm to 63mm, the instruments in this Inoex series can measure wall-thickness distribution, inner and outer diameter, ovality and eccentricity. The Industry 4.0-capable units come standard with 21-inch touch screens. Three units are available: the iXray 16, iXray 32 and iXray 63, with measuring ranges of 1mm to 16mm, 5mm to 32mm and 6mm to 63mm, respectively.
