Leistritz Extrusion names product manager for pharma, food applications 

Tony Listro has joined Leistritz Extrusion as product manager of the Life Science+ business, covering the pharma and food markets.

Previously, he was VP of Sever Pharma Solutions’ site in Putnam, Conn., and held technical positions at Foster Corporation and Judd Wire. He developed drug products including oral and implantable dosage forms for more than 15 years.

He has more than 30 years of single- and twin-screw extrusion experience, holds two issued U.S. patents and has authored or co-authored 20 publications. 

Leistritz Extrusion, with U.S. headquarters in Branchburg, N.J., manufactures twin-screw extruders and systems.
