Citex Group names Ralph Klose CEO 

He takes over from his father, Reinhard Klose, at the manufacturer of extrusion measurement and process technologies.

Ralph Klose has taken over the position of CEO of the Citex Group from his father, Reinhard Klose, as of March 1. 

The Citex Group, headquartered in Melle, Germany, manufactures measurement technology, sensor technology, process engineering, data science and digital solutions for plastics extrusion. Its subsidiaries include Inoex, IBA, iDoo and Pixargus.

Ralph Klose, who had been co-CEO, brings technical expertise and international management experience. He played a key role in the strategic expansion of the company, including the acquisition of Pixargus and the development of new markets in the U.S., China and Asia.

“The change in management is not a farewell, but the dawn of a new era. We will combine the strengths of our group of companies to offer our customers comprehensive solutions throughout the entire automation cycle — from intelligent sensor technology and state-of-the-art measurement technology to data-based services and digital transformation,” Ralph Klose said in a news release.

Reinhard Klose will remain with the group in an advisory role.
