Loading table Schwing’s VacuClean thermal vacuum pyrolysis systems offer plastics processors an automated way to gently and thoroughly clean dies and metal components, extending their service life. These components, including blown film die heads, filter bundles and large pelletizing disks, can be large, heavy and difficult to maneuver precisely. Schwing’s loading table makes it easier to get these awkward components into and out of the VacuClean front-loading systems.

Benefits Precise, automated loading and unloading. The tool or die can be positioned on the loading table’s pallet with a crane or forklift truck. The operator can then use the attached pendant control to move the pallet forward or backward. Workers no longer need to spend time and effort making delicate position adjustments of bulky components. The loading table and pallet can handle parts with a diameter up to 5.2 feet and weighing as much as 27,558 pounds.
