Mirex-MT-HI The latest in the Mirex line, this polishing stack features a mechatronic nip-adjusting system and is designed to be an integral part of a Reifenhäuser production line incorporating a high-performance sheet extruder. It is suited for producing PS and PP sheet in thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 2mm. The "H" stands for "horizontal extrusion direction" and the "I" stands for "inline." The polishing stack, which calibrates and cools the sheet and creates a smooth surface, also can be purchased separately as a retrofit for existing lines, including for non-Reifenhäuser equipment.
What's new? The compact footprint. The Mirex-MT-HI has a 12-inch roll diameter and can accommodate sheet widths from about 22 inches to 34 inches.
