Robin Schaede replaces her as CFO of Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH.

Angela Strigl is the new CFO of Brückner Group SE, moving from the same position at Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH. She will be succeeded there by Robin Schaede

“I’ve been a part of the Brückner Group for many years. I’m excited to be back at the management holding company and to oversee financial management of the group during a phase of important strategic decisions,” Strigl said. “My focus will be on streamlined processes, sound decisions, and a financial structure that will secure the group’s long-term growth.”

Strigl has more than two decades of experience in finance, tax consulting and international accounting. She had been CFO of Brückner Maschinenbau since January 2022, and previously was CFO of PackSys Global, both business units of Brückner Group. She began her career at the Brückner Group as Head of Finance and Controlling, coming from Deloitte & Touche where she was director of international tax.

She replaces Maximilian Schneider, who is retiring after 25 years with the group.

Schaede, who will replace Strigl as CFO of Brückner Maschinenbau, brings experience in various functional areas within family businesses, private equity and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of engineering company Technotrans SE.
