Blackstone to acquire Schenck Process Group

    Blackstone Group LP, a New York-based investment group, has agreed to acquire Schenck Process Group, a supplier of measuring and process technology based in Darmstadt, Germany, from IK Investment Partners, London. The purchase price was not disclosed.
