Privately owned TASI Group, Harrison, Ohio, which focuses on test, measurement, inspection and assembly instruments and equipment, has acquired Onicon Measurement Solutions, based in Largo, Fla. TASI is made up of a variety of business units, including Litremeter, which makes flow meters.

Onicon business units include Fox Thermal, which makes gas-flow meters, and Pulsar Process Measurement, which makes technologies for measuring the flow and volume of substances such as pellets.
