NDC Technologies Inc., Dayton, Ohio, is undergoing a major consolidation and expansion of its operations. The maker of measurement and process control products will consolidate production and administration from its site in Irwindale, Calif., to its location in Dayton. Dayton will then become the new headquarters. The Irwindale site will be converted into the company's new Web Process Solutions Technical Centre of Excellence.
The company also will make a significant investment at its Dayton facility to accommodate the growing size of that operation and the manufacture of advanced sensors.
It has its sights set on becoming more agile and developing new products to serve customers. Its R&D team, for example, is continuing to focus on developing new sensor technology and advanced software for control and analytics specifically for the extrusion and converting industries.
