    Bunting Magnetics promotes Davis to COO

    Metal-detection equipment maker Bunting Magnetics Co. has promoted Jana Davis to COO, a new position within the Newton, Kan.-based company. Davis' responsibilities will involve overseeing day-to-day business operations, including manufacturing, distribution and engineering of all four Bunting Magnetics divisions. Davis brings more than 20 years of experience in business and financial management in the aerospace, printing, media and manufacturing industries. She will continue to report to President and CEO Bob Bunting.
