Bunting announced that the company’s longtime Marketing Director, Michael Wilks, will retire at the end of March.
Wilks has had a 23-year career with Bunting, first as marketing manager, and has been a key member of the management team that oversaw a period of sales growth and the acquisition of multiple companies in the UK. Based in Newton, Kan., Bunting designs and manufactures magnetic separation, detection and materials-handling equipment.
Retirement does not mean stopping for Wilks, who has plans to travel, both in the U.S. and overseas, as well as working on projects at home using the carpentry skills developed when he first started work as a 15-year-old.
