It features an optimized touch-screen HMI that provides access to reports, graphs and test results, as well as expanded connectivity.

QuickCheck ALPS Inspection’s new entry-level linear leak tester offers single-head, general-purpose testing of empty containers. It comes with a guided setup feature that provides step-by-step instructions to show novice operators how to set up a brand-new bottle, including all mechanical steps and setup of the leak test and reject limits.

What's new? The leak tester, which updates and replaces ALPS’ SC linear system. It is equipped with an optimized, new touch-screen HMI that provides access to reports, graphs and test results. Expanded connectivity allows for extended remote support and data reporting.

Benefits Reliability, ease of use. ALPS says the system is intuitive to use, and offers an efficient and affordable testing solution for lower-speed lines. Installation is fast and simple, and users can easily adjust or move the tester from one line to the next.
