Bekum 8 series offers new features

The blow molding machines provide economical production for the manufacture of consumer, cosmetics and pharmaceutical packaging.

8 series These all-electric extrusion blow molding machines from Bekum are compact and ideal for manufacturing packages and canisters designed to hold as much as 12 liters. They come in single- and double-station configurations and clamping forces ranging from about 22.4 tons to 56.2 tons. 

What’s new? The series of machines, which features a new, unique clamping drive system, energy-efficient HiPEx 36D extruders and Bekum’s Control 8.0 system.

Together with Bekum’s e-Twin toggle and patented C-frame, the machines guarantee platen parallelism. They are designed for quick mold changes and good accessibility, and boast spiral mandrel die heads in mono-layer and three-layer configurations to accommodate recyclate and fast color changes.
