    Agathon's new mini fine centering units are designed to align mold cavity inserts in the mold plates, without the use of bushings. They are ideal for use with small molds and applications that require tight tolerances, such as medical and electronics parts manufacturing.

    What's new? The centering units, which Agathon showed at NPE2018.

    Benefits Precision centering and reduced machining costs. Molds that make use of the mini fine centering units require less machining than those employing other alignment devices. When used with Master Unit Die (MUD) systems, the devices allow injection molders to easily and quickly swap out mold cavity inserts.
