DMU 65 monoblock This five-axis milling machine from DMG Mori can be used for making molds and tooling for manufacturing plastics parts for the automotive, consumer goods, electronic and medical industries, along with other sectors. The compact machine has a footprint of 80.7 square feet, with a working area of 28.9 inches by 25.6 inches by 22 inches. It can handle workpieces weighing as much as 2,204 pounds using a swivel rotary table, or up to 6,613 pounds using a stationary table.

What's new? A variety of recent upgrades include the addition of a direct-drive motor in the swivel rotary table, updated controls, and faster spindles.

Benefits Flexibility. The DMU 65 monoblock features a modular design that provides freedom in selecting different tables, spindles, coolant devices and other accessories. With the recent upgrades, the machine allows both milling and turning.
