Nano Dimension fires CEO

The move comes as Desktop Metal has sued the 3D printer manufacturer over their planned merger.

Nano Dimension has fired its CEO, Yoav Stern, ahead of a possible legal fight over its planned merger with another 3D printer manufacturer, Desktop Metal. 

Julien Lederman, who has served as vice president of corporate development since 2021, will take over as interim CEO as Nano Dimension searches for a permanent replacement. 

It comes after the 2022-2023 attempted mergers saga with multiple companies attempting to buy one another in various combinations.
