815BTX Omegasonics' newest ultrasonic cleaner for removing support materials from 3-D printed parts features two side-by-side tanks, both of which have water agitation and ultrasonic cavitation cleaning capabilities. The tanks can be programmed to alternate between the two cleaning methods as needed. The tanks can be kept filled with different liquids for 3-D-printed parts with different requirements to remove support materials — for example, one could contain water, and the other could contain a high-pH soap.

What's new? This model, which is the company's first dual-tank/dual-action ultrasonic cleaner.

Benefits The user can rely on one cleaning unit to remove support structures from 3-D printed parts created with a variety of resins without having to change the liquid in the tank each time.
