PowerLift 4560 Omegasonics has added a new ultrasonic cleaning system to its product lineup. The large-capacity model has a 120-gallon tank that is 38 inches long, 29 inches wide and 19 inches deep. The PowerLift 4560 has a peak ultrasonic power of 6,000 watts.
What's new? A pneumatic lift for moving parts in and out of the tank, making it possible to easily and safely clean molds, heat exchangers and other objects weighing up to 1,000 pounds. Additionally, the lift has an optional agitation feature used to remove any loose dirt that might remain in crevices after the ultrasonic cleaning process.
